Shipping policy

We use FedEx for most of our shipping needs. Unless freight rates are going to be required on our larger model refrigerators we will use FedEx in all cases. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by a variety of issues such as weather. If you have questions about any of our delivery dates please contact our offices during normal business hours at 502-863-4536.

TruckFridge ships via Fed Ex Ground, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping prices are NOT included in the price of the product.

Prices are subject to change.

We no longer ship to Alaska or Hawaii. 

TruckFridge is not authorized to sell or ship products to Canada. 

Please note:

For Fed Ex Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays

Example:

You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive.

You do not count the day you shipped as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
