Shipping and Delivery Times

We use FedEx for most of our shipping needs unless the item is too large to ship via FedEx or the quantity of items ordered necessitates LTL shipping. Below you can see the updated delivery map by state. These are estimated delivery times and can be affected by a variety of issues such as weather. If you have questions about any of our delivery dates please contact our offices during normal business hours.

TruckFridge ships via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are NOT included in the price of the product. The shipping costs are automatically added to the cart based upon the item(s) being ordered.

Prices are subject to change. 

We DO NOT ship to Alaska or Hawaii.  

Truckfridge DOES NOT ship products to Canada. For Canadian customers, please contact Northern Fridge.  Please see northernfridge.ca for more information.

Please note:

For Fed Ex Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Certain exceptions apply to select residential areas where Saturday and Sunday deliveries are made. Once shipping has been arranged, you will receive updates from FedEx regarding your shipment including an estimated delivery window.

Also note that due to the insurance value of the items being shipped, FedEx by default requires a signature. If you would like to have the item delivered without a signature, please note that in the comments when the order is placed or send an email with the request to orders@truckfridge.com with your name and order number. You can also send a chat message through the website and the message will receive an acknowledgement during normal business hours.

Example:

A package ships on Monday with the FedEx map listing transit time as two (2) business days to arrive. The day the package ships does not count as the first business day. The package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
